Wenzhou Safety Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. (SFTSS) recently welcomed a customer from Israel to Wenzhou—China's Stainless Steel & Valve Manufacturing Hub for an on-site factory visit and technical discussion regarding a 30-inch stainless steel flange project.

For industrial projects involving large-diameter flanges, customers need more than a quotation. Manufacturing capability, dimensional control, machining quality and the ability to follow project specifications are all important factors when selecting a supplier.

The factory visit gave the customer an opportunity to see our production environment firsthand, discuss technical requirements directly with our team and better understand how the project would be handled before production.

Our team introduced the main manufacturing processes, including machining, dimensional control and quality inspection, and explained how these requirements are managed during production.

This face-to-face communication allowed both sides to clarify the project details and reduce potential misunderstandings before production.
